1 General Terms & Conditions

By using cricketex (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we"), you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between cricketex and each registered member.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on cricketex, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may only hold one account. Opening a second account using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering or rollover requirements. Make sure to read them before accepting any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, at the time of your first registration.
• Multiple individuals from the same household or sharing the same IP address may not claim the same bonus.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricketex:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as opening multiple accounts in order to claim the new registration bonus on each one.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Cricketex may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If a suspicious or unusual betting pattern is detected.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
